The Standard shipping charges in India is Rs.100/-.
The Shipping above INR 3000/- is free in India.
Orders are usually processed within 2-4 business days (i.e. Monday- Friday). Personalized orders, may take longer.
We continuously strive to get your purchase to you at the earliest, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you of the delay immediately.
In case of any manufacturing defect, we give you a 1-year warranty, starting from your date of purchase, covering material defects and production. Please note that we only cover jewelry purchased from Faya Jewels.
If the jewelry is returned during the warranty period which is one year and the defect is from our end, it will be repaired free of charge. If a repair is not possible or the repair deems to be too expensive, we will exchange the jewelry against jewelry of equal value. No amount will be refunded.
Misuse, tarnishing or General wear and tear of any piece is not covered under warranty.
The warranty stands invalid for incorrect use, third-party repairs, careless handling or if the jewelry is damaged, example during an accident.
Items not under warranty:
Gold or rhodium plating
Loss of any prong set stone
It is advisable to return the defective jewellery to us with return receipt. We are unable to assume liability for damage, loss, or theft during transport.
- Shipment Tracking
We will notify you when your order ships from our warehouse with a Bill Number. We currently ship via Ship rocket locally and internationally.
- Payment Method
You can pay via VISA, AMEX, or MASTERCARD credit/debit cards using our Razorpay payment gateway at the time of checkout. Payments are accepted in INR (Indian National Rupee) at the time of purchase.
- Return Policy
We offer a 5-days return policy (with store credit/exchange only) for original unused and unworn items with the original tags still attached. Please note we don’t offer refunds, only exchange.
Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted if:
1) Order was damaged in transit.
2) Order was Incorrect.
If the above exists then you may return the order exactly as you received it, unworn, with original packaging.
Once we receive the product back, we will perform a quality check, and if it passes the said check we will replace the same product with a new one. In case the product goes out of stock we will refund the amount via Store Credit. The Store Credit is valid for 1 Year from date of issuance.
To process a return, please follow these simple steps:
Keep all items (INCLUDING the invoice) in a package and address it to the following: 33, Forjett Street, 4, Mehra Mansion, Mumbai 400 036.
Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Email us at email@example.com with images of the products with packaging and tags to return the product.
Please note that we currently do not offer free shipping on international returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, taxes and fees.
